Stick figure on a Moving Background in Flash

Every project that I work on in my web design class is very interesting. This project was done in flash to creating a moving background with a stick figure running. The class started working on this at the same time because we needed to be guided to get it done correct. Motion tween and blank key frames were used the accomplish this.

In my web design class we recently began working with Flash CS6 working with animation. We did an assignment with flash tool and other assignments such as moving faces, moving faces, stick figure and moving image on a background. These assignments were posted on our wiki animation page. It had to be concerted to a gif to successfully be posted.

Windows Live Movie Maker

Windows Live Movie Maker Project

I really enjoy working with animation. The project that was completed was done using Windows Live Movie Maker. We used our recent free runner animation to make a movie using the WLMM software program. This was the first time I used this program and I think it was very interesting. After a while I got use to working with this software. I leaned how to add music, edit and save to add sound effects.

Pivot Animation

Pivot stick-figure animator is a computer software which allows you to create interesting animation. This was my first time working with this software so I did the best to my ability. I really enjoyed working with pivot these past few days in my web design class. I learned about the frames and how many would be needed to make your animation a certain time. Our class assignment was to create a 10 second animation which would be accomplished with a limit of 120 frames. I enjoy this software so much that i use it on my free time in my web design class.

Final Project

Website 

The website I have been working on in my webdesign class is a non-profit organization that I named "Helping Hand". This website was created to inform people about child poverty in the United States of America and ways in which you can help raise funds for these children. 

Hour of Code

Coding Experience

Last week we did hour of code which was to instruct an object or thing to move. There were different tutorials that could be done. I find it very interesting because it was something new to do with technology and I personally am interested in technology.



I completed two tutorials. One called "Angry Birds" and the other, "JavaScript". This Web design class has help me to complete the JavaScript because we had done it the week before which made it very easier for it to be done. After completing the tutorials you received a certificate for each which states that you have completed a hour of code.

What I learned and What I Have Done

Last week we worked with Photoshop. I have not worked much with this software before this class but I find it very interesting that you can edit pictures and make changes to photos and create your own images. I learned how to create a banner which is very cool the way that you can add a picture to your banner and soften it to the background which gives it the effect that it was there. 

I also learned that the only way your Photoshop image can show on the web is to save for the web. We then uploaded the banner to our wiki pages.
